Metropolitan Real Estate. utilizes a very robust and comprehensive double entry accounting system to track all transactions for our clients. When we receive payments, the item is scanned and attached to the payees account for record keeping and immediately deposited into our insured Trust account.

Metropolitan takes the headache out of property management
We provide detailed monthly statements for each one of our properties to help our clients stay informed and assist in tax preparation. Included in our monthly statements is a year to date column, as well. VIEW SAMPLE.

In the event maintenance, or other charges, were incurred during the month, the original invoices for any charges incurred are forwarded by postal mail at the end of the month.
